Court Coverage

Automated coverage for 88% of the US population

Automated coverage of 9,994 courts

Easily access court runners where needed

Our court coverage comes from a variety of third-party and proprietary sources. We strive to provide full, comprehensive, and continuously updated access to court records across the country. We focus not only on riminal records but also on civil court records and judgements. Through a mixture of court records, docket reports, and full case texts, we are able to uncover relevant records from traffic infractions to civil judgement filings.

Federal

Full coverage of all district, circuit, and bankruptcy courts, as well as a wide array of speciality federal courts from the United States Court of Federal Claims to the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Our database contains records dating back to 1759 and is continuously monitored and updated.

County

Notably, we are unique in our ability to also provide access to lower level state courts such as traffic, municipal, and county level courts. Whether it is the Bunker Hill Town Court in Indiana (population 900) or the New York City Civil Court (population 8.6 million) we search through every and any court in order to uncover the necessary data.

State

Our coverage ranges from upper courts, such as Supreme and Appeals courts, to direct connections with state level court databases, such as the Administrative Office of the Courts. We provide full coverage of all 50 states’ appellate and supreme court systems with some records going back to 1785.
